Rather than spending every Sunday doing chores in your apartment, pick one task to take care of every day. If you hate cleaning, put Netflix on in the background to make it feel less like a chore.

If you’re still striving to live a healthier life, try stocking your apartment with frozen and canned vegetables. Having healthy options right in your apartment makes it easier to stay on track instead of giving into that last-minute McDonald’s craving.
Bonus Tip: Try making prepackaged smoothies for yourself to help stay healthy on the go! Toss your choice of greens, fruits and protein powder in a Ziploc bag and keep it in the freezer until you need it. Just add milk or water and you’re all set.

Bonus Tip: Stay in! Instead of going out to eat, to the coffee shop or any other activities, spend some nights and weekends in your apartment. Then put the money you would have spent on going out into your savings!
